Hold On Game - Yi Haaaa

  • The participants stand in a circle.
  • The facilitator starts by explaining that we will pass the energy through the circle.
    ○ Yi Haaaa to left - energy goes to the left
    ○ Hold On (or Ha Hiii) - stops the energy that goes back to the right
    ○ Freak out : everyone starts to run and goes to another place in a circle.
    ○ Rio : all people start to dance going to the center
    ○ Slow motion : Yiiiiiiiiiiiiiii - Haaaaaaaa - everything is slow.
    ○ Others to invent : be creative !
